T100-Series – Precision and Flexibility Redefined in Torque Measurement Systems

Together, they form the powerful T100-series, built on HBK’s new superior CF-technology - delivering exceptional accuracy, outstanding stability, and the lowest noise levels for measurement results you can trust.

Engineered for cutting-edge performance, the T100-series features an impressive signal bandwidth of up to 15 kHz, unlocking new levels of measurement insight. This enables deeper exploration in R&D and significantly enhances production yield.

At the heart of this innovation is the T100-Stator, built on a revolutionary “one-size-fits-all” concept. It is compatible with a wide range of rotor sizes, including the newly introduced T110. This design simplifies the pairing process, allowing freely calibrated rotor-stator combinations. Users can now mix and match components as needed - boosting flexibility, reducing complexity, and cutting costs.

Separate Calibration of Rotor and Stator

The T100’s "one stator fits all" approach allows rotor and stator to be calibrated independently. This dramatically reduces calibration effort when swapping components - saving both time and cost, while maintaining full measurement accuracy.
