T40Lite Torque Transducer: Digital Torque Transducer optimized for End-of-Line (EoL) test bench applications

The T40Lite is suitable for both static and dynamic torque measurements. Optimized for price-performance, it is particularly well-suited for End-of-Line applications. The integrated magnetic speed measurement system is standard-wise integrated and ideally suited for NVH applications. Therefore, it is recommended for use with the Discom NVH system. Its non-contact power supply and digital signal transmission enable reliable, maintenance-free operation. The sensor is available directly from stock, ensuring short delivery time.

  • HBK accuracy class: 0.08
  • Linearity incl. Hysteresis: 0.04 %
  • Nominal (rated) torque: 50 N⋅m to 10 kN⋅m
  • Speed measurement: 256 Impulses per rotation

 

The T40LITE is available with rotational speeds of up to:

  • 20,000 rpm for 50 N⋅m … 1 kN⋅m
  • 15,000 rpm for 2 and 3 kN⋅m
  • 12,000 rpm for 5 kN⋅m
  • 10,000 rpm for 10 kN⋅m
