On-Site Calibration

The HBK calibration team is on the way for you and would be happy to visit your location. Ensure the safety of your measuring results by calibrating your DAQ systems and torque, force and displacement sensors.

Minimum Downtimes thanks to On-Site Calibration

With on-site calibration, you benefit from minimal downtime for your system/sensor and have no logistical effort. We now also offer on-site calibration of your measuring amplifiers as DAkkS calibration.

In the event of a deviation, you benefit from our offering adjustment and re-calibration. This service is available in Germany and many other countries within Europe.

Let us complete a system calibration and guarantee the safety of your MGCplus, QuantumX, SomatXR, PMX and Spider8 amplifiers.

You will benefit from minimum system downtimes, do not need to worry about logistics and will not have to disassemble the devices. The system calibration also includes a traceable calibration with all measured values including graphical visualization of deviations and OK/NOK report.

Global Team of Project Engineers

Our global team of project engineers or application specialists performs on-site installation. They ensure that the product or system is up and running optimally.

It is possible to combine the installation with product training to ensure you continue to get the best possible value from your equipment.

Commissioning a LDS Shaker System 

Commissioning, integration with third-party products, and site acceptance test and handover is required for most of our LDS systems. Systems based on low-force shakers are exempt from this requirement (V101, V201, V406/8, V450 and V455).

HBK can move your LDS vibration test system to a new location, conduct a site survey, oversee transportation, and then re-commission the system to its original specification.

The HBK calibration team is on the way for you and would be happy to come to your location. Ensure the safety of your measuring results by calibration your DAQ systems but also torque, force and displacement sensors.

What you will receive:

  • Traceable calibration with all measured values including graphical visualization of deviations
  • Clear OK/NOK report
  • Supplied directly on a USB stick

Calibration at HBK

Alternatively, you can send us your measurement system or drop it off at our branch office yourself.

Your advantages:

  • Come and see us in one of our regional branches and we will calibrate your measurement system
  • Send us your amplifier and we will guarantee fast processing times of max. 24 hours (by prior arrangement)
