Die Serie LY ist die erste Wahl für Dehnungsmessungen in nur einer Richtung. Wir bieten lineare Dehnungsmessstreifen (SGs) in verschiedenen Geometrien und Größen an, die jeweils mit auf verschiedene Materialien abgestimmten Temperaturreaktionen erhältlich sind

  • Dehnungsmessstreifen erhältlich in 120, 350, 700 und 1.000 Ohm
  • Das Messgitter besteht aus Constantan, der Träger des Messgitters ist aus Polyamid
  • Schnelle Lieferung für DMS-Vorzugstypen - lieferbar ab Lager!

LY: Lineare Dehnungsmessstreifen mit 1 Messgitter

Mit den Typen LY1, LY2, LY4, LY5, LY6, LY7, LY8 und LY9 bieten wir Ihnen lineare Dehnungsmessstreifen (SGs) in verschiedenen Geometrien und Größen an, die jeweils mit einer Temperaturreaktion erhältlich sind, die an die folgenden Materialien angepasst ist:

  • Ferritischer Stahl (10.8 ppm/K; 6,0 ppm/°F); Temperaturabgleich-Codes: 1
  • Aluminium (23 ppm/K; 12.8 ppm/°F); Temperaturabgleich-Codes: 3
  • Austenitischer Stahl (16 ppm/K, 8.9 ppm/°F); Temperaturabgleich-Codes: 5
  • Quarzglas/Verbundwerkstoffe (0.5 ppm/K; 0,3 ppm/°F); Temperaturabgleich-Codes: 6
  • Titan und grauer Gusseisen (9 ppm/K; 5.0 ppm/°F); Temperaturabgleich-Codes: 7
  • Kunststoff (65 ppm/K; 36.1 ppm/°F); Temperaturabgleich-Codes: 8

Die hochwertigen, zuverlässigen und flexiblen Dehnungsmessstreifen für die experimentelle Spannungsanalyse lassen sich perfekt mit dem DAQ-Verstärker QuantumX sowie der catman Datenerfassungs-Software von HBK zu einer kompletten Mess- und Prüflösung kombiniert werden. Vom Sensor bis zur Software: einfach „anschließen und messen“.

Simplified Documentation and Parameterization

To optimize the measuring point documentation each strain gauge includes two stickers which can be placed next to the measuring point and near the measuring amplifier. Benefit from the parameter information directly in the measurement setup:

  • QR code that directly links to the data sheet of the respective strain gauge
  • The product and production batch numbers
  • The k-factor and a additional space for your notes
  • QR code containing the values of the individual strain gauge to simplify computer-aided parameterization or documentation with a scanner

Please note: newly produced strain gauges all come with the sticker in stock, strain gauges still in stock do not have this feature yet.
