The first calibration laboratory was opened in 1977. Today, HBK operates 13 calibration laboratories around the world, and most of them are accredited by national accreditation bodies.
In addition to calibrations, most service centers also repair HBK products. If an instrument fails calibration, it can often be repaired in the same center.
With multi-year calibration contracts, HBK even extends the warranty of products outside the standard warranty of 2 years.
