For decades, power analyzers were square boxes connected to sensors to measure the device under test. However, with larger devices under test and increasing switching frequencies, EMC problems have become challenging to manage on long cables.

These times are over thanks to HBK’s groundbreaking Remote Probe based Power Analyzer.

Remote Probe based Power Analyzers for demanding applications in industry, automotive, aerospace and defence

Remote Probe Power Analyzers are scalable from 4 to a maximum of 68 power channels per mainframe. Additionally, they offer the ability to synchronise multiple mainframes if needed.

You can also add other signal inputs such as temperature, vibration or microphones to acquire both electrical and mechanical signals, all synchronised within a single system. System integration is straightforward using one or more interfaces for remote control, data input or real-time result transfer to automation systems.

Powerful analysis

Each package comes with our application software Perception ePower suite. This enables not only power measurements in real time, but also advanced analysis based on raw data as well as even more post process analysis. For data transfer, a wealth of export formats like MATLAB®, MDF4, Excel® or LabVIEW are supported.
