The primary purpose is to ensure that the packaging will sufficiently protect the product and that the packaging itself can withstand the stress of transportation.

System suggestion

Package testing and transport vibration simulation system overview

The suggested system for package testing combines an LDS V875-640 shaker fitted with a magnesium head expander with a LASER_USB controller and a SPA-K amplifier.

Medium-Force Shaker

An air-cooled electrodynamic shaker used in R&D for vibration and shock testing of medium-to-large payloads up to 600 kg (1323 lb), such as satellite components, automobile parts, electronic assemblies, and military hardware. Maximum forces of 35.6 kN (8000 lbf).
