材料中の残留応力(鋳造、溶接、成形プロセス中など)の計測は、HBKの特殊ひずみゲージを使用することで簡単に行うことができます。これらの残留応力解析用特殊ひずみゲージは、正確で安全な高速穴あけ(当社のパートナー企業であるひずみゲージ技術のMTS3000穴あけ装置との組み合わせ)に使用できます。高速掘削用には、特許取得済みの6線式ひずみゲージも提供しています。このひずみゲージは、非同心穴の補正が可能なため、測定精度が向上します。
