At HBK, we believe in business done fairly and ethically. We strongly advocate for human rights, encourage a fair and effective supply chain, and enforce multiple ethical frameworks – our Code of Business Ethics, and our supplier code of conduct – to ensure these goals are achieved throughout every level of our organisation.

Ensuring a sustainable business means safeguarding human rights and combating modern slavery, aligning with our ethical responsibility.

We strongly adhere to international laws, particularly those included in the International Bill of Human Rights, addressing both human rights and modern slavery concerns. Our dedication to preventing modern slavery, child labour, and human trafficking is present across our entire corporate spectrum.

By aligning with the principles of the International Labour Organization’s Declaration of Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, we also consistently ensure our suppliers actively identify and address potential violations within their operations and value chain.

These commitments go beyond our immediate workforce, also applying to our partners’ employees and direct or indirect suppliers to champion human rights and oppose modern slavery in all forms.

At HBK, we adhere to a Code of Business Ethics, establishing an ethical framework for our operations and guiding our business conduct globally.

This Code is applicable wherever we operate, and we take it very seriously, expecting all employees and business partners to do the same. It is also a source of competitive strength, emphasising its integral role in our ethical commitment.

Our Global Supplier Code of Conduct (the “Code”) specifies the minimum standards that we expect of ourselves and our supply chain and are our foundation for doing business. These standards are based on our values and should be reflected in all our dealings with our suppliers. This Code sits alongside Our Code of Business Ethics.

Where there is divergence between local laws and regulations and the standards set out in this Code, suppliers should adopt the higher standard.

Our commitment to sustainable supply chains is reflected in our alignment and commitment to the UN Global Compact.
