Enables sensors with 10–32 or 1/4–28 threads to be mounted at the location of 3/8–16 UNC–2A tapped holes. Used to hold a sensor in place at the mounting surface or to hold an impact cap in place.
Mounting Stud
Dytran model 6232 is a 0.5 inch long beryllium copper mounting stud with a 3/8-16 thread.
The 6232 was designed for use with 1060 and 1061 series force sensors. The mounting stud can be used to hold a sensor in place at the mounting surface or to hold an impact cap in place. 6232A1 and A2 offer alternative internal threads enabling sensors with 10-32 or 1/4-28 threads to be mounted at the location of 3/8-16 UNC-2A tapped holes.
