Dytran series 6344 is a 0.15 inch long stainless steel mounting stud adapter with a 5-40 to M5 threads.
The 6344 was developed to allow accelerometers with 5-40 thread mounting studs to be installed in M5 taped holes in the test article. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion, and the screwdriver slot facilitates removal of the thread adapter from M5 hole.
