See the MX410B datasheet for a full list of features and specifications.

Versatile DAQ for synchronous multichannel measurements

The MX410B captures sensor signals with exceptional precision and speed using its 24‑bit ADC, high sampling rates, and extensive transducer compatibility. Each of the four channels is individually configurable, allowing simultaneous measurement of mechanical, electrical, and acoustic parameters. Real‑time peak and rms computation, patented background adjustment and calibration (AutoCal), and robust electrical isolation ensure stable, reliable measurement results across a wide range of dynamic test conditions.

Typical applications

Built for high‑dynamic environments, the MX410B supports a broad application spectrum, including:

  • Automotive and aerospace testing (for example, vibration, sound, crash tests)
  • Machine building and industrial R&D tasks involving force, pressure, displacement, and acceleration measurements
  • Acoustic and NVH analyses supported by the module’s high dynamic range of 160 dB for vibration and sound measurements
  • Highly dynamic test bench analyses, from component characterization to system‑level evaluation

Ready for any system architecture

With built-in TEDS support that provides automatic transducer identification, test setup is simplified. The MX410B also integrates effortlessly into the QuantumX modular data acquisition system for scalable distributed or centralized setups with synchronized measurements provided by FireWire and Ethernet PTPv2 support.

When you add in catman® software for data recording and data analysis, you achieve a true plug‑and‑measure setup where torque, force, pressure data can be immediately visualized, stored or digitally forwarded.

MX410 can be purchased either stand-alone or as part of a software/hardware bundle:

Stay connected with the latest firmware and software

All QuantumX modules are delivered with the latest firmware. For existing modules, it is easy to update the firmware by simply downloading the latest firmware package.

HBK also provides both native and third-party software packages and drivers allowing you to fully leverage the QuantumX ‘open’ data acquisition infrastructure for integration with a great number of operating, analysis and automation software. This includes:

  • MX Assistant: a modern and free device or system assistant that supports all module functions
  • catmanEASY / AP / Enterprise: The standard DAQ software used with the QuantumX platform
  • Third-party drivers: For example, LabVIEW™, Visual Studio® .NET and CANape®
