MX403B: Versatile and Dynamic High-voltage Measurements

The QuantumX MX403B is a high‑resolution, 4‑channel voltage measurement module designed for dynamic applications requiring precision and reliability with uncomplicated system integration. Built for demanding test environments, it delivers up to 100 kS/s per channel, 24‑bit resolution, and certified safety according to IEC61010 (VDE).

The MX403B acquires voltages up to 1,000 V with high fidelity using a 24‑bit ADC and high sampling rates to provide deep insight into fast electrical events. Each of its four channels is fully isolated and individually configurable, enabling safe measurement of high‑voltage systems without interference. Digital filters, real‑time data transfer, and stored factory calibration ensure precise, trustworthy results for all dynamic measurement tasks.

MX403B integrates seamlessly withing the QuantumX family, enabling all electrical, mechanical, and thermal measurement quantities as well as CAN bus signals to be synchronously acquired and analyzed. The measured data can be integrated in parallel and in real time.

When you add in catman® software for data recording and data analysis, you achieve a true plug‑and‑measure setup where torque, force, pressure data can be immediately visualized, stored or digitally forwarded.

Stay connected with the latest firmware and software

All QuantumX modules are delivered with the latest firmware. For existing modules, it is easy to update the firmware by simply downloading the latest firmware package.

HBK also provides both native and third-party software packages and drivers allowing you to fully leverage the QuantumX ‘open’ data acquisition infrastructure for integration with a great number of operating, analysis and automation software. This includes:

  • MX Assistant: a modern and free device or system assistant that supports all module functions
  • catmanEasy / AP / Enterprise: The standard DAQ software used with the QuantumX platform
  • Third-party drivers: For example, LabVIEW™, Visual Studio® .NET and CANape®
