C10 Compressive Force Sensor: Capacities from 2.5 kN to 1 MN

C10 sensors are radially symmetrical force transducers for compressive forces. The output signal is higher than that of other load cells (up to more than 4 mV/V), thus enhancing the resolution and the noise/signal ratio of your measurement chain. The C10 series is a benchmark in accuracy, made from rust-free materials, and various configuration options are available for current market prices.

  • HBK accuracy class: 0.02 ... 0.05
  • Capacities: 2.5 kN ... 1 MN
  • Output signal: mV/V (passive, Wheatstone bridge) and IO-Link

 

New: With the new option "VAIO", the C10 comes along with an integrated digital amplifier. Your advantages:

  • Greater precision: Linearity error 0.005 % for capacities up to 250 kN, higher capacities improved to 0.03 %. TC0: 0.006 %/ 10 K.
  • Improved reliability: The Sensor Health monitoring of the C10 sends warnings in case of exceeding temperature or mechanical limits before problems occur.
  • More information: Temperature measurement, statistical information.
  • Lower costs, easy setup: The C10 with the VAIO option comes along as adjusted sensor. When connected to an IO-Link master, you will get immediately precise readings in Newton. Low cabling costs. 
  • Standard instrument features: Limit switches, peak detection, digital output, filter.
  • Fast: Internal sampling rate: 40 kHz, 0.9 ms cycling time to the IO-Link master.

  • TC0 of only 75 ppm/ 10 K, with digital output just 60 ppm/ 10 K.
  • Minimal non-linearity, small hysteresis and excellent repeatability (0.025 %).
  • High output signal of greater than 4 mV/V (from 25 kN capacity). Also available: Integrated amplifier.

Economical: Wider measurement range means the same accuracy with fewer sensors - and fewer rejects in production. Even improved with IO-LINK option.
