HBK 6953 is a family of variable capacitance (VC) triaxial accelerometers. The accelerometers contain hermetically sealed MEMS capacitive sensing elements, a custom integrated circuit amplifier and low-noise electronics in a hermetically sealed titanium housing. The accelerometers are tailored for zero to medium frequency applications.
