The T40MS torque flange is a compact, mass‑optimized solution engineered for high‑speed applications up to 30,000 rpm. Combining exceptional accuracy with a short, lightweight design, the T40MS is ideal for electric drives, aerospace test benches, high-performance transmissions, and demanding high‑speed component testing.
A short, space‑saving design with a single optimized measuring body size simplifies integration while supporting speeds up to 30,000 rpm. With a Formula 1-tested and approved design, high resistance to vibration and rotational acceleration, and interference-proof digital transmission with error detection, the T40MS ensures trustworthy data even in harsh high‑speed environments.
Featuring HBK accuracy class 0.05 and excellent linearity including hysteresis of just 0.03%, the T40MS delivers stable, reproducible, and highly accurate measurement results. With high stability thanks to its ratiometric measurement method, the T40MS can be counted on for extremely high repeatability and consistent test results.

The T40 torque flange offers one rotor size across all torque ranges for maximum flexibility and its optional magnetic speed measurement (512 pulses/rev) provides added capability across diverse setups.
Its digital transmission method, including error detection, ensures interference-proof data transmission without loss of accuracy. The sensor’s design includes both analog and digital interfaces plus through‑hole or threaded‑flange mounting for easy and flexible system integration.
