T100: Modular High-precision Torque Sensor Series

HBK's T100 stator is designed to perfectly complement the T110 rotor. Together, they form the powerful T100 series, built on the superior carrier frequency (CF) technology. The series represents the next‑generation platform within dynamic torque measurements, combining outstanding precision, ultra‑high bandwidth, and a flexible modular architecture.

With an accuracy class as low as 0.03, bandwidths up to 15 kHz, and sampling rates up to 160 kS/s, the T100 series enables deeper insights and enhanced performance. The T100 series easily integrates a low‑noise CF amplifier ensuring extremely low noise, excellent zero‑point stability and high immunity to electromagnetic interference. Thanks to this integration, even muffled signals can be reliably captured and analyzed. This makes it easier to detect critical nuances in measurements, such as torque ripple in electric motors.
