T210 is a compact standardized shaft torque sensor with built-in rotational speed and IO‑Link – a great all-round sensor perfect for end‑of‑line and haptic feedback tests.
The T210 shaft torque sensor delivers accurate, contactless measurement of torque, speed, and angle in a compact, production test-optimized design. With optional IO‑Link connectivity and easy mechanical integration, T210 is the ideal solution for end‑of‑line (EoL) testing, quality assurance, and development test benches.
T210 captures torque, rotational speed, angle, power, and temperature using a single, maintenance‑free sensor. Contactless transmission of power and signals ensures long‑term reliability, even at high rotational speeds.
Typical applications
A future‑ready torque transducer that provides high accuracy in a compact design. Its fast data access transmits the measurement values as well as the supply energy in a contactless way from the rotor to the stator. With backlash-free connections using HBK’s Bellows coupling and (optional) IO-Link integrated digital functions, T210 is intentionally designed to support advanced automation and diagnostics.
With analog, frequency, and digital outputs, configurable filters, statistics functions, and integrated limit switches, the T210 is well-equipped to be used universally. Its standardized mounting pattern allows for quick retrofitting, reduced wiring, lower costs, and improved efficiency. In addition, user-friendly integration options further simplify both the planning phase and during installation and operation.
