The AD112D signal conditioning electronics convert signals from analog strain gauge sensors and load cells into digital signals. This allows you to benefit from digital precision with your existing systems, saving time and money. The integrated standardized weighing functions make it easy to implement scales of all kinds, dynamic checkweighers, and filling systems.

Interfaces: RS-485 (4-wire full-duplex communication) or CANopen
Control Inputs: two, each configurable as digital input or output
Parametrization: through free PanelX software for configuration, measurement, and analysis

Please note that the AD112D is only available in units of 10 or 50 pieces.

High Measurement Quality

For strain gauge sensors and load cells with adjustable output rates of up to 1200 measurements per second. Equipped with digital filters, trigger functions, and limit switches, it provides an alternative as a digital all-rounder.

Universal

Due to its ease of use, filter modes, analysis, and adjustment options, the electronics are also suitable for dynamic checkweighers, dosing, and filling machines. The AD112D has two configurable digital control inputs or outputs.

The compact electronics can be conveniently integrated into various system environments through the RS-485 (4-wire full-duplex communication) and CANopen interfaces. Commissioning is done via PC and the free PanelX software with visualization and measurement data recording or API.
