We welcome MicroStrain Sensing Systems to the HBK family

HBK is pleased to welcome MicroStrain Sensing Systems to our family following the successful completion of the acquisition by Spectris plc (SXS: LSE). This acquisition, valued at $37.6 million (£29.4 million), has now been approved through a comprehensive regulatory process in the United States.
 

The journey towards this acquisition began when Spectris announced its intention to acquire MicroStrain from Parker back in June. With the integration into HBK, MicroStrain will operate under the name ‘MicroStrain by HBK’.
