Returns for standard products which are not subject to the warranty will be accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery to the customer. Such returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the product price or $/€150, whichever is greater. All returns require an HBK return authorisation prior to shipment to HBK and must be shipped in the original packaging. No returns are accepted on customised products or for hazardous products (adhesives, batteries, etc.)
