A dedicated HBK engineering team works with you to define sensor needs and explore converting existing parts into active sensors.

After your enquiry, we schedule an Engineer-to-Engineer discussion to align on requirements and brainstorm solutions. The complete assembly may include strain gauges, electronics, and mounting parts. We exchange drawings and run FEA to assess feasibility.

Once the preliminary design is accepted, HBK proposes a solution with performance specs, risk analysis, and a development and test plan.

HBK’s rapid prototyping enables delivery of functional samples within weeks. Before shipment, we align on mounting and testing to ensure optimal results.
