What is DRACAS?

 

DRACAS (Data Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System or Defect Reporting and Corrective Action System) is one of several commonly used acronyms for a system that is used to report failures and track the corrective actions. Other commonly used names include FRACAS (Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System), DCACAS (Data Collection Analysis and Corrective Action System) and CAPA software (Corrective And Preventive Action software).
