All quotations, orders and deliveries are subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Supply (Terms & Conditions) of Hottinger Brüel & Kjaer GmbH or, as the case may be, of its affiliated entity concerned (HBK). The applicable Terms & Conditions can be downloaded using the links listed below.

The legal relationships between HBK and customer shall be governed exclusively by HBK’s Terms & Conditions. No term or condition that a customer introduces and that is additional to or different from HBK’s Terms & Conditions shall apply unless explicitly agreed to in writing by HBK.
