The HBK Molecu Charger charges up to 12 Molecu Wireless Accelerometers simultaneously. It also works as a carrying box to protect sensors. When the sensors are stored in the charger, they are in ultra-low current mode.

 

The Charger is connected to the DC 5V supply voltage (same as the Molecu Gateway). It can also be powered by power bank when the main is not available.

 

The charger has thirteen LED lights in total.

 

  • The LED on the left-hand side after opening the lid indicates the status of the power supply to the charger.
    • White indicates that the charger is powered.
    • No colour indicates that the charger is not powered.
  • The LED close to each slot indicates the status of the sensor plugged into the slot.
    • Green indicates that the sensor is being charged.
    • Light is off when the sensor is fully charged.

Operating instruction

  • Plug Molecu sensors into the charging position.
    • Make sure the USB-C connector of the sensor is plugged into the shape-keyed connector of the charging position.
    • Do not apply excessive pressure when plugging the sensor.
  • Power the charger.
  • White LED is ON. This will last during entire charging process.
  • When LED is off, the charging is complete.
  • Unpower the charger.
