U10F 引張圧縮力センサ：容量は 50 kN ～ 1.25 MN

定評のある U10M および C10 センサと同様に、U10F シリーズの特に低プロファイルの力センサは、せん断力センサ測定原理を使用して、姉妹モデルと同じ卓越した精度と微小変位測定を実現します。これにより、 U10F 荷重セルは、高速で動的な力と静的な力の測定に適しています。

センサは、ステンレス鋼製で、ハーメチック溶接されています。両側のフランジ接続による取り付けが可能で、中央にねじ山を持つセンサと比較して取扱いが大幅に容易になります。この目的のために、 HBKは腐食防止コーティングされたねじを提供しています。同時に、コーティングによって摩擦係数が均一に低くになるため、ねじのグリース塗布やオイル塗布が不要です。

U10F は、姉妹モデルである U10M や C10 など、さまざまな実用的な構成により、広範な種類の測定タスクに柔軟に対応できます

How to install a U10F HBK force sensor

U10F load cells are outstandingly precise and suitable for acquiring fast, dynamic force trends as well as static forces. Due to flange connections on both sides, they are also easily installed with the help of only a torque wrench. Watch the video to see installation instructions.
