校正用　高精度力センサ／ロードセル：2.5 kN　～ 2.5 MNに対応

参照用力変換器として利用が可能な力センサU15は最大2.5 MNの信頼性の高い圧縮力／引張力の計測が可能です。校正機に搭載するマスターセンサとしての利用、またテストベンチにおける過酷な計測タスク 、トランスファー変換器などに利用できます（例：材料テスト装置のキャリブレーションや品質確認、また変換値のトレーサビリティ確保など）

この力センサは変位がほとんどなく、テストスタンドは負荷時にも安定性を確保できる構造です。極めて高い分解能を実現したロードセルであり、優れたS-N比を確保し、 センサの高い出力信号により (>4 mV/V ※25 kN時）計測の不確かさは最大限に抑えられています。結果として計測レンジの最適な利用が実現しています。

U15はISO 376におけるクラス0.5に適合しています。対称構造で、温度変化による影響を受けにくく、堅牢性に優れたステンレス製の筐体をもち、保護等級はIP67を確保しています。

The combination of the reference transducer U15 and the precision measuring amplifier module QuantumX MX238B results into an extremely cost-effective precision measuring chain. Thanks to the modular design of the QuantumX modules, you can also easily extend this measuring chain by a number of additional measuring variables, e.g. Temperature, voltage, angle of rotation.
