The HLCM Weighing Module: Precise Weighing Up to Accuracy Class C3
The HLCM weighing module is equipped with HBM’s high-quality HLCB load cell and enables precise weighing up to accuracy class C3. It offers a wide range of maximum rated loads from 110 kg to 4.4 tons and is ideally suited for use in tank weighing, level measurement, and dosing processes in the food and building materials industries. The HLCM features an integrated support rod and a lift-off protection mechanism, ensuring excellent stability for tanks and silos, even under strong lateral forces.
The weighing module is equipped with a self-centering pivot pin that ensures optimal force transmission and allows for immediate use without calibration. Robust versions made of galvanized steel or stainless steel are available to ensure chemical resistance and withstand overloads of up to twice the rated load. An explosion-proof IECEx/ATEX version of the module with connection cables made of high-strength braided wire facilitates use in even more demanding applications. The HLCM load cell module is maintenance-free and can be easily integrated thanks to the pre-mounted load cell and standard mounting holes.
