トルクトランスファ変換器TN

トルクトランスファ変換器TNは非回転式トルク変換器で、特にトランスファ標準器または校正試験所での参照用トルク変換器として利用されます。このトランスファ変換器は最も厳しい精度要件に適合しており、その採用する革新的ひずみゲージによって高い耐湿度性を確保しています。

TNは、各国の計量研究所や高度な産業用校正試験所で導入されています。第一に、比較用トランスファ標準器として、あるいはレバーアーム質量方式に基づいたトルク校正システムのトレーサビリティを確保する用途に用いられます。第二に、固定設置にして、校正試験所の参照センサとして使用することもできます。TNでは、標準でDIN 51309の精度等級0.05を保証します。トップトランスファにおいては、同規格で規定された最高クラスの要件よりさらに厳しい要求事項に適合します。この変換器には、最も厳しい校正条件との適合性をモニタリングできる曲げモーメント用の追加計測ブリッジが2つ装備されています。
