RTN タンク計重モジュールは、簡単に取り付けることができ、組み立てにかかる時間とコストを大きく削減します。そして、プロセス計測や重量測定に必要な全ての機能を備え、食品・建材製造、医薬品又は化粧品などの製造を高精度で行います。

RTNには二種類のモデルがあります。水平方向のバランスをとる必要がある場合にはエラストマーベアリングのRTN/M2LA、小さな荷重において最高の精度を得る必要がある場合にはロッカーピンタイプのRTN/M2LBをお使いください。

RTNは苛酷な環境下で使用されることが多いため、精密機器である変換器を保護する目的から、全てのモジュールはダミーロードセルが付いた状態で納入されます。これにより、計測システムにおけるRTNの位置決めをダミーロードセルを用いて行い、システムの準備が全て整った段階で、実際の計重モジュールに付け替えることができます。

RTNタンク計重モジュールの基本構造には、浮き上がり防止機構と振れ止め機構が備わっています。また、オプションでステイロッドの取り付けが可能です。HBMの全てのタンク計重モジュールは、商取引適合WELMEC 2.4 (ヨーロッパ法定計量機関) に準拠しており、独立技術監督機関による DIN 18800 認証を受けています。
