シングルポイントロードセルPW22: 精度クラスC3で超高速計量

PW22シングルポイントロードセルは、マルチヘッド計量器などの高速でダイナミックな計量に最適です。保護等級IP67なので、バルク材料の充填をはじめ様々な充填アプリケーションなど、産業環境で高い信頼性を必要とする工程に理想的です。

PW22は独特な高剛性で設計されているので、非常に高い固有共振周波数を持っています。このため、セトリング時間が短くなり計量時間が非常に短くなります。最大検定目量係数が高く、精度クラスC3なので、高い信頼性と非常に正確な計測が可能です。圧縮・引張両方向の過負荷防止機構（特許出願中）により、最大容量の5倍までの過負荷に耐えることができます。シングルポイントロードセルPW22には、幅広いバージョンが用意されており、保護ハウジング、6～90kg間で6種類の最大容量、異なるケーブル長などの組み合わせで利用できます。各容量レンジに対応した、標準フットプリントを使用。また、より厳しい動作環境には、防爆仕様（ATEX準拠）を選択可能です。
