The HLCiM weighing module offers solutions with HLCi-load celles (with integrated electronic: IO-Link, RS485, CANopen, 0-10V, or 4-20mA) from 110kg up to 4.4t capacity.

It is robust and availabe in many different versions. Thus, it is ideally used in a wide range of industrial applications.

The HLCiM stainless steel weighing modules offer flexible and robust performance, supporting multiple signal outputs (IO-Link, RS485, CANopen, 4–20 mA, or 0–10 V) and covering nominal load capacities from 110 kg up to 4.4 t.

The HLCiM stainless steel weighing modules are fitted with premium HLCi load cells featuring integrated electronics from HBK.

With nominal capacities ranging from 110 kg to 4.4 t, they provide a versatile solution for tank weighing, level monitoring, and precise dosing applications.

The HLCiM weighing modules are optionally available with five signal output types: IO-Link, RS485, CANopen, 4–20 mA, and 0–10 V, offering maximum integration flexibility.

Featuring a heavy-duty transport lock, integrated lift-off protection, and a horizontal stabilizing rod, the HLCiM ensures outstanding stability for tanks and silos — even when subjected to high lateral forces.

The weighing module features a self-centering pendulum bolt that guarantees precise and reliable force transmission.

Constructed from durable stainless steel, it offers exceptional resistance to chemical exposure.

The HLCM weighing module is completely maintenance-free and allows for quick and straightforward integration,thanks to its pre-installed load cell and factory-prepared mounting holes.

Accuracy up to 0.03% (RS485, CANopen, IO-Link) and 0.05% (4–20 mA, 0–10 V).
OIML C3 certification (RS485, CANopen) planned from june 2026.
