Type 4944 is a ¼-inch Prepolarized Pressure-field Microphone designed for high-level and high-frequency measurements over a frequency range of 4 Hz To 70 kHz.

Prepolarized ¼″ Pressure-field Microphone Type 4944 is specially designed for high-level and high-frequency measurements. By using new materials and a new way of mounting the diaphragm, the microphone is geared to withstand rough handling. The assembly of the microphone in a clean room environment ensures that the microphone can be used in high-humidity environments and still produce reliable results. Type 4944 can be used with sound level meters to measure high sound pressure levels

DESIGN E ROBUSTEZ

A forma da frente do microfone garante excelente desempenho do microfone quando montado em flush. O diafragma soldado a laser na carcaça do microfone garante que a sensibilidade seja resistente a manuseios bruscos durante a montagem em flush.

CALIBRAÇÃO

A sensibilidade pode ser calibrada a 250 Hz usando o Pistonphone Tipo 4228 com Adaptador de ¼ de polegada DP-0775. A resposta de campo de pressão pode ser medida usando o Atuador UA-0033 com Adaptador DB-0264. A resposta de campo de pressão é igual à resposta do atuador.
