HBK provides a full range of services designed to minimize downtime, maximize the life of your equipment, and avoid unplanned repair costs. These include on-site services if it is inconvenient to move your system.
Most smaller units are sent directly to HBK for maintenance and repair. All repairs come with our Certificate of Conformance, a service note, and a three-month warranty. We recommend that you have your instrument calibrated when it is repaired to ensure the best possible measurements.
Discontinued products are repaired for at least 5 years from the last order date for the product.
Please note that some products, such as accelerometers and microphones, are not repairable. In such cases, it is possible to purchase replacement products at discounted prices.
