CFT
CFT压电力传感器经过预应力和校准。传感器的一个特点是使用磷酸镓作为传感器材料，与使用石英的传统压电力传感器相比，可实现两倍的灵敏度。
极小的传感器完全由不锈钢材料制成，具有压电原理所特有的优点：它们允许测量几牛顿的力，也可以在高初始载荷下测量，以及测量非常快的力变化。力传感器的位移只有几微米。
