回声语音声源输出校准信号，用于结合DIRAC 6测量一系列语音清晰度参数。接收到的信号由麦克风拾取并在DIRAC中进行分析，DIRAC通过各种参数(如语音传输指数(STI))计算语音可懂度的准确限定。
使用场景
Ul.使用校准的语音源，无需外部
均衡器或语音电平调整。信号可以设置在高电平，使得STI测量成为可能 — — 即使背景噪声很大。DIRAC 6 可识别输出电平并适当修正计算。
对于STI测量，它包含粉红色MLS信号。MLS的侵入性远不如电子扫频信号。此外 ；回声语音源可用于使用标准电平为60 dB（A）的男性语音信号在1米处设置PA系统的音量。
