ClipX 测量放大器, Industrial Ethernet

ClipX 单通道直流电压和载波频率测量放大器，用于应变计全桥和半桥以及压阻和电位传感器、PT100 和 +/- 10V 和 +/- 20mA、
4-20mA 标准信号（可切换）。
设备硬件对应标准设备1-BM40IE（工业以太网）。
"S1"版本包含以下预设，可使用 ClipX 网络服务器、PLC 或 PC 软件随时更改：
- 固定设备 IP 地址 192.168.0.234
- 测量范围设置为应变计全桥 5mV/V，5V DC 传感器电源
- 滤波器：100Hz，贝塞尔特性
-TEDS：自动。阅读已关闭
- 限位开关和数字 I/O：关闭
- 内部计算通道：未配置
- 现场总线：EtherCAT（可热插拔，通过 PLC 自动检测）
- 模拟输出：关闭

  • Precise and robust measurement technology for 7 sensor inputs

  • Unlimited chain of single modules or up to 6 synchronized modules via the ClipX bus

  • PROFINET (RT/IRT), EtherCAT®, PROFIBUS, and Ethernet/IP™
  • Fast cycle times up to 4kHz
  • Easy integration due to device description files and internal object dictionary

Automation

  • Ethernet (TCP/IP) connction for PC controlled application and data storage
  • Integrated calculated channels such as summing, logins or PID controlers
  • Ideal fit for tasks in machine manufacturing, test benches, or machine and product monitoring
