Dytran series 7503 is a high precision triaxial variable capacitance (VC) accelerometer available in various g ranges for the X, Y and Z axes. The accelerometer combines an integrated VC accelerometer chip with high drive, low impedance buffer and differential output for low level acceleration measurements. Tailored for zero-to-medium frequency applications, the Dytran series 7503 contains hermetically sealed MEMS capacitive sensing elements, a custom integrated circuit amplifier and low noise electronics, housed in a lightweight titanium case.
Dytran series 7503 is a high precision triaxial variable capacitance (VC) accelerometer used in airbag testing, crash testing, robotics, seismic monitoring and tilt measurement.
The 7503D1 is a very high precision, variable capacitance, hermetic triaxial DC sensor with a 2g range. The 7503D1 can be either used in a single ended mode or a differential mode to improve resolution for very low g range measurements. The high resolution and low noise makes it ideal for applications in robotics, structural and seismic monitoring. The high quality hermetic package allows use in demanding environments.
