PW22i Single Point Load Cell: Extremely Fast Dynamic Weighing with IO-Link

The new PW22i improves on his predecessor PW22 by integrating the IO-Link communication protocol into the single point load cell. The IO-Link interface digitalizes and automates your weighing application. The PW22i uses an M12 4-pin connector, making it compatible with any IO-Link connection cable. It is also compatible with any IO-Link master and allows seamless integration and modernization of your existing weighing system.

Just like his predecessor PW22, the PW22i has uniquely high rigidity and therefore an extremely high natural resonant frequency. This ensures low settling times, which in turn results in extremely short weighing times. With accuracy class C3MR, it returns reliable and has very precise measurement results. Thanks to the patented overload stop in compressive and tensile direction, it can withstand overloads of up to five times the maximum capacity. With IP67 degree of protection, it is ideal for reliable use in industrial environments, for example filling bulk materials or in many other kinds of filling applications.
