Die Plattformwägezelle PW22 eignet sich ideal für schnelles, dynamisches Wiegen, beispielsweise in Mehrkopf-Kombinationswaagen. Mit der Schutzart IP67 ist es ideal für den zuverlässigen Einsatz in industriellen Umgebungen, z. B. beim Abfüllen von Schüttgütern oder in vielen anderen Arten von Abfüllanwendungen.
Das PW22 hat eine einzigartig hohe Steifigkeit und daher eine extrem hohe Eigenresonanzfrequenz. Dies gewährleistet niedrige Einschwingzeiten, was wiederum zu extrem kurzen Wiegezeiten führt. Mit einem hohen maximalen Skalenintervallfaktor und der Genauigkeitsklasse C3 liefert es zuverlässige und sehr präzise Messergebnisse. Dank des patentierten Überlaststopps in Druck- und Zugrichtung hält es Überlastungen bis zum Fünffachen der maximalen Nennlast stand. Die PW22-Einzelpunkt-Wägezelle ist mit Schutzgehäuse, sechs maximalen Nennlasten zwischen 6 kg und 90 kg und unterschiedlichen Kabellängen erhältlich und in einer Vielzahl von Ausführungen erhältlich. Es hat eine Standardgröße für eine kompatible Verwendung. Für noch anspruchsvollere Betriebsbedingungen ist der PW22 auch in einer explosionsgeschützten ATEX-Version erhältlich.
