Diese Schaltnetzteile sind mit Ausgangsleistungen von 8 bis 56 kVA erhältlich und werden zum Antrieb von elektrodynamischen Schwingerregern mit einer Nennkraft von mindestens 9,81 kN (2205 lbf) verwendet, wie z. B. LDS V830.

Ähnlich wie bei der LDS® DPA-K-Serie wurden diese Schaltleistungsverstärker (oder Schaltmodusverstärker) für die Stromversorgung unserer Mittelkraft- Vibrationsprüfsysteme entwickelt. Sie verfügen über eine Klasse-D-Bewertung und bieten maximale Leistung bei minimalem Energieaufwand und damit geringere Betriebskosten.

LDS® SPA K Verstärker sind modular und skalierbar und ermöglichen es Ihnen, ihre Leistungskapazität einfach und wirtschaftlich zu erhöhen, um zukünftige Anforderungen zu erfüllen, ohne das gesamte Gerät austauschen zu müssen. Durch diesen modularen Ansatz wird auch bei Ausfall eines Moduls die Energieversorgung des Schüttelsystems gewährleistet, was einen Betrieb mit geringerer Kraft bis zum Austausch des Moduls ermöglicht.

  • Antriebs-LDS® Mittelkraftschüttler V830, V850, V875, V875LS und V8
  • Antreiben von Fremd-Shakern mit Nennleistungen von mindestens 9,81 kN

  • Kann in Schritten von 8 kVA durch zusätzliche Leistungsmodule aufgerüstet werden
  • Über 90% energieeffizient
  • Frequenzbereich mit voller Leistung
  • Niedrige Verzerrung, breite Bandbreite (20 Hz bis 3 kHz @ -3 dB) und Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis besser als -68 dB
  • Spitzenstrombewertung von 3-Sigma nach ISO-Normen
  • Optionale Fernbedienung mit Reichweite bis zu 200 Metern
  • Sicherheitsmerkmale und -verriegelungen für umfassende Systemüberwachung und Schutz von Bediener, Ausrüstung und Bedienpersonal
  • Mikroprozessorsteuerung und LCD-Funktionsanzeige für einfache Einrichtung und schnelle Fehlersuche
  • PC-basierte Verstärkersteuerung Software zentralisiert Betrieb von Verstärker und Vibration Controller
