1/4" FREE-FIELD MICROPHONE, EXTERNAL POLARIZED
Free-field microphone designed for high-level and high-frequency measurements over a frequency range of 4 Hz to 100 kHz.
TYPE 4939
Using stainless steel diaphragm and protection grid, Type 4939 Microphone is built to withstand rough environments and can be used in high-temperature measurements up to 150°C (302°F).
The microphone requires an external polarization voltage and must therefore be used with a classical preamplifier. Externally polarized microphones can be used at higher temperatures without severe changes in measurement sensitivity.

El Tipo 4939 está disponible en un Micrófono TEDS conjunto con diferentes variantes de preamplificadores clásicos. El micrófono TEDS se considera una unidad y ha sido sellado en un entorno limpio.
El TEDS está programado con la sensibilidad cargada del cartucho actual y los datos están, por lo tanto, disponibles en el transductor. La plantilla TEDS predeterminada es de acuerdo con IEEE P1451.4, pero TEDS para IEEE 1451.4 está disponible a solicitud.
La sensibilidad se puede calibrar a 250 Hz utilizando el pistófono Tipo 4228 con Adaptador de ¼ de pulgada DP 0775. La respuesta del actuador se puede medir utilizando el Actuador UA 0033 con Adaptador DB 0264.
La respuesta en campo libre se puede obtener añadiendo la corrección en campo libre específica del tipo a la respuesta del actuador.
