Análisis de Datos Completos

Se prueban seis unidades hasta el fallo. El objetivo es utilizar los datos completos del análisis para obtener un gráfico de probabilidad con límites de confianza de 90% a dos lados y un pdf gráfico.

(La misma lógica que el ejemplo de software anterior)

Experimento y datos

 

Se observan los siguientes tiempos de fallo para 6 unidades: 11,260; 12,080; 12,125; 12,825; 13,550 y 14,670 horas.

Análisis

 

Paso 1: Los parámetros para los datos se calculan utilizando la distribución normal y la regresión por rangos en X como método de estimación de parámetros, como se muestra a continuación.

Paso 2: A continuación, se crea un gráfico de probabilidad con límites de confianza de 90% a dos lados en el Tiempo (Tipo I), como se muestra a continuación.

Paso 3: Finalmente, se crea el gráfico pdf, como se muestra a continuación.
