Handheld Indicator, Amplifier and Mobile Precision Calibration System In One

DA110 is more than a handheld instrument – it is designed as a complete measurement chain. It seamlessly integrates strain gauge sensors (full bridge, 4-/6-wire, 80–5000 Ω) and a wide range of transducers – including high-precision force and torque sensors and industrial load cells – to perform machine calibration, material tests, weighing system verification, asset monitoring and reference applications.

Your benefits with DA110 include:

  • One device for multiple sensor types
  • TEDS support for fast sensor recognition
  • 0.01% accuracy of full scale
  • Compact, mobile reference solution
  • 4 GB internal storage with USB-C data export
  • 10 hours battery operation

With freely configurable measurement jobs and six internal parameter sets, you can standardize recurring procedures and recall complete configurations within seconds. The result is structured, repeatable and audit-ready workflows – directly in your hand.

Machine calibration using force and torque sensors

When calibrating presses, test rigs or assembly systems, the DA110 forms a highly accurate reference measurement chain together with force and non-rotating torque sensors.

Depending on your application, you can integrate:

  • Force transducers, for press and forming force verification
  • Torque sensors, for screwdriving systems and non-rotating equipment

The sensor connects directly to DA110, providing immediate, high-precision and traceable measurement results. With sampling rates up to 19.2 kHz, even dynamic force profiles can be captured reliably.

Typical applications:

  • Large stamping and forming presses
  • Hydraulic workshop presses
  • Press brakes and assembly presses
  • Torque verification systems
  • Material testing machines

You work directly on-site – without complex stationary amplifiers or laboratory setups. Fast, efficient and fully documented.

System solutions with load cells in level and weighing measurements

In silos, tanks and filling stations, load cells are the foundation of accurate level measurement and process control. To measure smart – think in systems.

You can combine the DA110 NLFT (not legal for trade) with your load cells to create a mobile reference system for verifying and controlling weighing installations.

This allows you to:

  • Test individual load cells
  • Verify summed signals
  • Detect drift or mechanical settling
  • Validate filling and batching processes

Whether it is a multi-point silo installation or a big bag filling station, DA110 gives you full transparency of your weighing system – directly at the plant.

Your advantages will be:

  • Improved material balance control
  • Billing and compliance security
  • ISO 9000 documentation capability
  • Reduced product loss

Fully traceable for reference instrument applications

DA110 can be calibrated at the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS), making it a fully traceable reference measuring instrument within your calibration chain.

In combination with high-quality force, torque or weighing sensors, it becomes a standards-compliant calibration system suitable for demanding industrial and metrological applications.

This means for you:

  • Traceability to national standards
  • Audit-ready and standards-compliant processes
  • Suitable for service and high-end reference use
  • One device – multiple measurement chains – maximum flexibility
