T12HP: High‑precision Torque Sensor for Test Benches

The T12HP torque sensor combines class 0.02 accuracy with HBK’s FlexRange™ technology, eliminating the need to manually switch the measuring range as seen with typical dual‑range sensors. Engineers can trust the results across low‑amplitude oscillations and high‑load events – making it ideal for transient analyses, NVH studies, and efficiency mapping on e-mobility test benches.

The T12HP torque transducer sets the benchmark for high‑precision dynamic torque measurements, combining exceptional accuracy, unmatched flexibility, high dynamics and carrier‑frequency (CF) accuracy with digital signal conditioning without data loss – in a single sensor.

FlexRange – continuous accuracy across your entire measurement range

Traditional dual‑range transducers can introduce a step at the range boundary. All FlexRange™ enabled sensors keep accuracy continuous, maintaining precision and performance without discontinuity – ensuring small signals remain credible even as tests sweep into higher loads.

This continuity is crucial for diagnosing torque ripple, transient behaviors, and load‑dependent phenomena that influence real‑world efficiency and drivability.

  • E‑mobility and powertrain test benches (fueled/unfueled): analyze transient torque, inverter/motor behavior, and efficiency maps with confidence across ranges
