What's New in nCode DesignLife 2020

This webinar will describe enhancements and new functionality introduced in nCode DesignLife 2020, including general enhancements for improving performance in translation and analysis, as well as in the areas of:

  • Fatigue of welds - an easy, new method to recognize seam welds in FE models meshed with solids.
  • Frequency domain fatigue - we’ve improved the ability to mimic a shaker test through sigma clipping, and the sine on random analysis has been expanded to include wideband PSD excitation.
  • Test-CAE Correlation – virtual sensors have been enhanced, making correlation between virtual and test results even easier.
  • Multiaxial – enhancements to stress-based fatigue evaluated with critical plane criteria
