GE Aviation's Proactive Quality Journey with ReliaSoft XFMEA

This presentation will cover GE Aviation’s PFMEA journey using XFMEA and how it fits into our larger Proactive Quality Improvement initiatives. We will discuss the details of how and why we selected XFMEA, when and how we are rolling out XFMEA to our eighty-plus internal ships, including metrics, as well as some of the related challenges and successes. One GE Aviation site in particular, Unison Dayton, will be highlighted with a discussion on the advantages and early adoption of the many capabilities offered by XFMEA, illustrated with a specific example of a recently completed PFMEA.
