On-board and Wayside Train Measurement: Enabler of Efficient Operations

The TSI-SPOT® concept sums up an ecosystem of sensors, data acquisition systems, and software solutions for data evaluation and simulation, linking with commercial data for the rail industry.

Using these components, you can design your own systems through open interfaces and high flexibility, but also get complete systems for the following:

  • Wayside Train Measurement: Precisely evaluates the condition of the vehicle’s wheels, pantograph, running behaviour and operating performance
  • On Board Track and Vehicle Measurement: Sensor-based testing and monitoring of the alignment of tracks and their riding quality, as well as the condition of the overhead line while the train is running. Sensor-based reports if maintenance work is required on the vehicle
