With the HBK Assured service contract, you will receive all the support to get the most value out of your HBK equipment (transducers, measurement instruments, and DAQ systems). Everything under one contract, all included in the one-time cost of calibration.

HBK provides a full range of maintenance and repair services designed to minimize downtime, maximize the life of your equipment, and avoid unplanned repair costs. These include on-site services if it is inconvenient to move your system.
Most smaller units are sent directly to HBK for maintenance and repair. All repairs come with our Certificate of Conformance, a service note, and a three-month warranty. We recommend that you have your instrument calibrated when it is repaired to ensure the best possible measurements.
Discontinued products are repaired for at least 5 years from the last order date for the product.
Please note that some products, such as accelerometers and microphones, are not repairable. In such cases, it is possible to purchase replacement products at discounted prices.
Larger installations, such as our vibration test systems, will require on-site maintenance. We offer a range of service and maintenance plans to choose from, so you can enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing your investment will always be operating at optimal capacity.
