Reliability Software: THE SYNTHESIS PLATFORM

The Synthesis platform is ReliaSoft's new Reliability Engineering Enterprise Platform. It is the result of a seven year R&D effort centered on the objective of synthesizing discrete reliability program activities into a continuous knowledge enhancement process with significant contributions from each activity. It does so by leveraging classical reliability engineering methodologies, and existing best practices, coupled with a new and intelligent approach to integration based on the ReliaSoft pioneered concept of Object Based Reliability Modeling. The OBRM approach encapsulates and shares knowledge and information across activities; while at the same time abstracting activity-specific complexity to share knowledge in a context that is relevant and of value to the other activities.
